Why I started Piston Tribe
A private vehicle sale is the biggest thing most people ever buy from a stranger, and it is still done on trust: cash in a car park, a bank transfer before the keys, and nobody to call when it goes wrong. That is how good people get caught out, on both sides. Piston Tribe is built so that never has to be the deal. The money is held by Trustap until the handover is done, the steps are laid out in order, and the help is inside the deal at the moment it matters: what to check, when to pay, what to do if something is not right. The second half matters as much as the first. A safe payment does not make a good buyer or a good seller. We want a first-time seller to get a fair price and a first-time buyer to know what they are looking at, so the whole market gets better, not only the deals that go through us.What I look after
